At the Member's direction, capital is "moved" out of the Cash Balance and into a deal-specific Series Account for targeted investment.
When an investment generates yield or exits, proceeds return to the Cash Balance where they can be reinvested or withdrawn.
Once capital is positioned in the Virtual Cash Balance, it is unallocated and does not yet earn capital-level returns, nor is it subject to asset management fees.
